Corrective Exercise 

Corrective exercise is a phenomenal tool that helps our clients to bridge the gap between physical therapy and personal training. First an assessment of the head, neck, and jaw is administered to try and find any possible distortions that may be causing postural or movement issues. Then the spine and range of motion of joints is measured. Once this information is collected the GrandeFit staff will design a program to get you moving and feeling better than you have in years!
